1. Once you rang or you have received a phone call and you are ready to pass the call over to the interview room phone, you can start the transfer.
  2. On the top bar there is a button called “Transfer”, click on the icon.
  4. This will open a dropdown menu
    1. Transfer – this will transfer the call without allowing reception to talk to the interview room phone first.
    2. Consult then transfer – This will allow reception to talk to the interview room phone first before passing the call over to the interview room phone.
  5. Once you have chosen it will put the person on hold while you Transfer the call.
  6. If you select Transfer you will need to type in the phone number or the name of the interview phone (e.g. Weston Interview Room phone).
  7. Next you will need to click on “Transfer to an audio call” to change the option to be “Transfer to their work number: …”
  8. Once this has been set click on the purple button “Transfer”.
  10. This will begin ringing the Interview room phone which will need to be picked up by the user.
