When using the VCC Dialpad to call a VBC user, They don't show up in the search.

This is because they don't have a telephone number listed in the general tab of their AD account.  (hence not on email signature).

In the Dialpad snip it shows Amber W (because she is a VCC user) but it doesn't show the VBC/Teams entry, designated by the "T" next to the name. (as per Amber H).


THIS AMMENDMENT WILL NEED TO BE AGREED WITH THE USER IN QUESTION.


If the user agrees, then by adding a phone number in the General Tab in their AD account, means VCC Dialpad users will be able to call them on, to VBC/Teams.
