Use SSO (single sign on) with your work email address to log-in
The screen below will display – Click cancel on the enable calls pop-up.
Select Admin in the menu on the left-hand side and a new window will open.
In the admin portal screen, click on Phone System in the menu on the left-hand side.
A drop-down menu will appear, click Call Queues
Find your call queue in the list on the main screen and hover over the name, you will get three icons come up on the right-hand side, click on the magnifying glass (View Status)
Your Call Queue – Real Time Status screen will now display. From here you can see how many users you have logged into the call queue, how many calls are waiting, have been received etc.
You can toggle team members in/out of the call queue here.
This will change their status to available and you will also see the number of Call Queue Agents logged in change.
At the end of the day or change of duty colleagues, agents should be logged back out of the system.
