The reason for using Vonage to forward your phone calls is because Vonage will keep the caller phone number intact  when the phone number is forwarded to a different number unlike if you used Teams.

  1. First go to app.vonage.com and login using single sign on

  3. Enter your @livewest email address and click next.
  4. Once the page has loaded (which can take a minute), click on settings at the bottom of the sidebar.

  6. Next click on Call forwarding in the sidebar.

  8. Next click on Forward All Calls, then click on dropdown next to Forward all my calls to. This will open a box to input a phone number you would like to forward the calls to.

  10. Next in the phone number box type in the phone number you would like the calls to be forwarded to and select the type of phone number, then click add.

  12. In the Your Numbers section which you will need to scroll down to and select the new phone number you just added to be the one to forward the calls to.
  14. Click save. This change will take a couple of minutes to take effect, but you can close the tab.

  16. You are now forwarding all of your calls to that phone number.
