Amending OOH numbers with Vonage

 

This document is valid from December 2024

  1. First of all log into Vonage.  This you would do for normal day to day phone usage.
  2. Connect to https://app.vonage.com/login
  3. Enter your email address in the username field, then click “Log In with Single Sign-On”.
  4. On the next screen just click “next” to confirm… wait for the Portal to load… you will see a black spinning circle.
  5. You will end up with a menu like this on the screen.  Please choose “Admin”, which when clicked will open in a new browser tab.

Admin Portal

  1. In the Admin portal you will need to go to “Virtual Receptionist”.

  3. From the list of Virtual Receptionists, please choose each of those you wish to change the on duty staff member, for.

  1. The screen will look like this:
  2. Please choose “Schedules and Call Flows”
  3. Click on the three dots and choose edit.
  4. From here choose “Call Flow”

  6. Clicking in the number field will bring up one more window
  7. This is where the number is changed to the new number required.
  8. Click Save on the “Add New Number to Ring Outside” window, then “Done”, then “Save” in the top left corner.
  9. Finally Click “Close”.

  11. At this point you can start the next one or logout if you have finished.
  12. To logout, click on the round button next to your name on the top left and choose logout.
