What to do if someone reports that Mitel drops a call when doing a transfer.


This is normally seen by CSC... but that is because they do the most transfers.

In this situation it seems the act of transferring causes the Mitel client to crash.


Solution:

  • Uninstall Mitel Connect Client and Mitel Presenter.
  • Restart laptop
  • Login as user go to Company Portal and Sync.
  • Mitel Connect should reinstall automatically from Intune.
  • Restart again


User good to go now.
