Removing an occupant from a contact group

 

If a customer has left a household they can be removed from the contact group. The customer should not be ended on the system, just removed from the contact group. 

  1. Open the contact group the occupant is a member of 
  2. Go to the Members tab 
  3. Double click on the occupant who is leaving the household. Note that if the 'Responsible' box is ticked then the joint to sole process must be followed instead to remove the person from the agreement. 

  1. Add an Effective To date, End Reason and Comments if applicable Click Save in the top right 

 5. Display will return to the contacts group screen. Search for the customer who has left the household and update their contact type from Household Member, to Former Tenant in their contact details screen.
