Search for the customer and click on the 'Contact Details' button. 

Note - this should only be completed it authorised - do not do this for customers who have not given proof of name change. 

Also note that this is for rented properties only, if shared ownership or leasehold the home ownership team will action if appropriate. 

The customer's name can be amended on the 'Details' tab 

The customer's previous name can be added into comments to show a change took place 

Click 'Save' once all fields are completed 


If the Head of group's name has been changed, it may also be useful to update the name of the contact group to reflect the change.
