LiveWest Witness/Case contact


 

If we are the instigator of a case, check if you are a contact first? if you are you can select yourself. Otherwise create yourself as a contact, selecting LiveWest Employee as the contact type (most staff should already be set up as employees). We will then be the Primary Contact of a CRM case, and the Reporter (complainant) in an ASB/Non ASB Tenancy Breach case.
