Case or Task Notes
When adding case notes, go to the History tab to find New Note button. (this one often seems to be missed).
To add a task note, open a task and select History tab, then ‘New Note’ button to add a note.
Adding Case Note to wrong case
In LiveWest are unable to amend/edit a Feedback Case note - this needs to be requested for Civica to anonymise the note so please raise an IT Service Desk Ticket with details to get actioned
Refresh Case or Task Details tabs
Refresh by selecting 'menu' on the right and selecting 'show current'
