Form
Within the Tenancy sustainment referral case (Assessment) there is a form to be completed. When you complete the preceding task, the form shows as 'completed' in the Tasks tab of the case. This is because Cx has 'created' the form ready to populate (screen picture below). To enter data into the form you will need to double click on the form within the Tasks tab to open the form screen.
