No Contacts or Assets in searches or panes 

  

Check the functional units in the top left chevron have 'LiveWest Default' checked 

The system will filter any searches, tiles, panes based on which functional units are checked

If in the search screens and some assets or contacts are not showing, it may be due to the functional units need stamping, it is scheduled to run at night.

Sometimes the basic search needs resetting if you have edited text in the search bar.  Take out the basic search criteria, enter in a different criteria to check if the search is working.
