Parameters not fully visible
When producing a letter if the parameter text is obscured by the text box, click in the bottom right of the box and drag it to the right. It will move the box below leaving the remaining text visible.
Error - Failed to Load PDF document
If you have added in a signature via the 'Draw' option then the document will upload to CX but will not create a PDF. Therefore it will error.
Instead please ensure signatures are added either as a jpg file OR type the name and amend to be a different font. If you continue with the draw function it will not produce a pdf file at all.
Create a signature as a .JPEG
First of all open a new Word document & go to the ‘Draw’ tab
On the draw tab select a ‘Pen’
Use your Screen or the touchpad to create your signature
Then from your start menu search for ‘Snip’ & you should get either the Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch
Select ‘New’ and your screen will seem to dull & your mouse cursor will change to a +
By using the mouse you should then be able to snip your signature.
Then change File name to something like signature and save as type to JPG to save to a location i.e. to desktop.
You can then choose to insert the .jpg into any letters
