Request for SORs to be removed as they don’t work

Please check than the combination of priority, SOR, repair type and property you are using. If you get to the end of raising the repair and do not have a contractor to select from, it is not that the SOR doesn’t work rather that the information selected is not correct. 

If the contractor is not selected then this means the works order has not been sent to URM, the interfacing contractors, CAP or text contractors. So a reminder to ensure their works orders are at works order issued, or works order awaiting authorisation if it is over their repair limits.
