Duplicating works orders

If you don’t get the contractor that you want at the end of raising a repair, you can just go back to the tasks screen, select a new SOR and create another works order, however you need to go back to cancel the works order you are no longer using.

Cancelling works orders

To cancel a Work Order you have to go into the works order screen and click the green ‘Cancel Order’ button. Cancelling the task/SOR within the works order rather than the works order itself does not cancel it, when is done this way the works order does not cancel, but the task/SOR updated to ‘Task Complete’ which then stops you from cancelling the works order correctly.
