Order not going to URM
Cx Repair Request must not have any special characters e.g. " or ! Or ' within it. Full stop is ok, not comma though. Job will not pass through to URM otherwise.
Also an extra end of line (return) in access notes will make the job not interface with URM
Repair Descriptions
Please be aware that if the repair request description is very long, the display (on laptops in particular) will prevent you from being able to see the required areas to progress your job.
Please avoid using symbols or foreign keys in descriptions. Avoid copying and pasting from emails into descriptions.
