Error message: This site can't be reached 

If you have the error message This site can't be reached and/or DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN 

This means your VPN connection may not be connected or you have lost your wifi/system connection. 

Close Chrome window 

To reconnect, ensure your VPN is connected 

Click on your Wifi Symbol in the task bar 

it should open up to show your home broadband connected & at the top LiveWest VPN should also show connected.

Reopen CX and try to reconnect
