The biggest consideration for updating these is the number of permutations in the new Multi Templates that need adding as these need to be sorted by smallest to largest (i.e. tempates that join 5 SOR’s, then 4, 3 etc). As we can’t change the order in the front end of DRS they need adding and then update the sequence in HeidiSQL.
If just adding Multi templates that join 2 SOR’s then this last step isn’t necessary.
These are all listed under Configuration > Templates > SOR multi:
When adding these try to keep the ID’s sequential (there are gaps that could theoretically be filled if doing a variety of Multi SOR’s, rather than just doing those that join 2, if you have filled these please remove this note afterwards).
Once you have added all of your Multi SOR templates, if you have added templates that join 5, 4 or 3 SOR’s the order of the templates needs to be updated.
To do this, connect to the DRSTestApp01 (for Test) and launch Heidi SQL and select the below table DRS > opt_sor_multi_template and navigate to the data tab:
From here you can easily update the OPT_SEQUENCE column values to the relevant order.
