Has your touchpad suddenly stopped working?

Please try the following guide :

• Touch the magnifying icon on your toolbar
  
  
• Then type 'Touchpad' in the search bar:
  
  
  
  
• Now open the app
  
  
• Then at the screen shown if this is showing as off:
  
  
  
  
• Click on the switch that shows as off
  
  
• It will then display On:
