When convene is opened for the first time after installing or an update you'll see the below screen:
1. Click on "Set up the app manually"
2. On the next page, enter "livewest-uk.azeusconvene.com" into to open field as shown below and then click "continue"
3. Once the page is finished loading you will see a login page show in the image below. Ensure "livewest-uk" is listed as the organisation and then enter your LiveWest email address in the "Username" field as shown below and then click "next"
4. You will then see the below pop-up message. Please click "Open ConveneLauncher". The Convene application will then open and after a couple of seconds the dashboard will become available. You are now logged in successfully.
