When you get the red banner indicating you are out of Sync with ECC.

The proper reset is:

1. Sign out of ECC (top right of AIC window).

2. Exit the Mitel Connect client.  This must be done with "Exit" or it won't close, it just hides.

3. Restart Mitel Connect and make sure you are connected properly.

4. Log into ECC and resume from where you were.
