To register your ID card for use with the Condeco room booking screens follow the steps below.


  • Open Condeco from the Windows Start menu
  • Click on Close Today page at the top right
  • Click on Profile at the top right
  • Click on Show next to PIN ****** on the left hand side
  • Make a note of the six digit PIN shown (mixture of 3 numeric, 3 alphabetic)
  • Tap your card on a Condeco screen outside a meeting room when prompted (e.g starting a booked meeting)
  • At the bottom of the screen you'll get a message telling you to register your card with a PIN
  • Enter the PIN taken from your profile and this will link your card to you account.
