If you are receiving this error message when sending an email to someone. This can be fixed by following the steps below:
Start to type in the recipient for which you are receiving this "bounce back" email and rather than letting it put in the recipients address, click on the X on the right of their name:
Then can you please try sending them an email by selecting the recipient from the Address list. (Click "To" and then search for them).
